Embroidery Design Process Steps

  1. Embroidery Begins with a Great Design:
First, we create or prep the design. Whether you already have a design or need one created, our professional staff will help you. Our knowledgeable staff will help you determine the best application and options for your project.
  2. Pick Your Garment:
Secondly, comes garment selection.  Our specialists will help you choose the perfect garment from our wide selection of brands and styles. Browse our online catalog to view some of our many options.
  3. Select Thread Color:
Thirdly, is color selection. Choosing the thread color is the next step to getting your custom embroidery design to stand out. We have several colors on hand and can quickly order a specific thread. Looking to give your work an extra pop? Additionally, we also offer specialty threads like metallics, sparkle, and glow-in-the-dark.
  4. Digitize Artwork:
Once all the elements and garments have been determined, it is time to get the artwork digitized. Digitizing is a process that converts your design so that our embroidery machines can sew every stitch precisely.
  5. Sample STitch:
After that, comes the stitch creation. Once digitized, we then do a sample stitch of your embroidery for your approval.
  6. Approval & Completion:
Finally, once approved, we embroider your garments, fold them, and notify you when they are ready for pick-up.
